Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and maintenance
The Air Operator Certificate (AOC) is the approval granted by a national civil aviation authority to an operator to use aircraft for commercial purposes. It requires the operator to have the staff, resources and systems in place to ensure safety; the certificate lists the aircraft types and registrations, their purpose and area of use, and allows the commercial transport of passengers for third parties.
Alongside the AOC, maintenance is supervised by the CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness and Maintenance Organization) in the country of registration. Air Dynamic provides an AOC and CAMO based on your country of residence and whether the aircraft is used privately or for a mix of commercial and private use.
How we manage your aircraft
We advise not only on the aircraft type but also on the choice of register, and we build an operating budget for an agreed period so that, from the outset, you have a transparent cost estimate to make the right decision.
We hire competent flight staff, provide training and manage your aircraft for cost recovery (ad-hoc charter) or exclusively on your behalf. Monthly reports and annual reconciliation, tax advice, rostering and flight following, and the provision of CAMO and AOC are an integral part of the all-inclusive service.
