How long does it take to arrange a flight?
It depends on the route and availability: often a few hours is enough, but the earlier we plan, the wider the choice. Send me your request and I'll tell you right away what's possible.
How do I book a private flight?
Fill in the quote request form: you receive a proposal within 2 hours (often immediately, up to 24 hours for more complex requests or in high season). You confirm the flight by signing the contract we prepare for you and sending your payment details (card or bank transfer). You then receive the flight confirmation with the meeting point, crew details, duration and all useful information: simply check in 15 minutes before departure.
How do I receive the quote?
Fill in the form with your route, dates and preferences: I prepare a tailored proposal and we review it together before confirming every detail.
What are the cancellation fees?
The charges depend on how much notice you give: no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of departure 100%; between 24 and 72 hours 75%; between 72 hours and 7 days 50%; between 7 and 14 days 30%; from confirmation up to 14 days before 10%.
What happens in case of delay?
If you arrive after the scheduled departure time, there is no charge within 45 minutes of delay. Beyond 45 minutes the transport may be declined and any aircraft positioning costs remain payable. In case of bad weather, if the flight cannot operate and no positioning or other costs have yet been incurred, the refund is 100%.
How do I choose the right luggage?
One bag per person is allowed on board, preferably a soft bag or trolley, up to 15 kg. Maximum dimensions depend on the aircraft (for helicopters, for example: AgustaWestland 109 Grand 30×40×80 cm; Dauphin 365 43×75×90 cm; AS 350 and EC 120 25×35×55 cm). The number of pieces and actual weight are calculated by the pilot for each flight based on distance, fuel and passengers: if in doubt, let's discuss it together.
Are my details and movements kept confidential?
Yes. Routes, identity and every detail of the trip are handled with absolute discretion and never shared.
Can I reach destinations without an airport?
Yes. By helicopter we reach destinations not served by airports, including transfers to and from your jet.
